The save game file does not contain any dlc. There are no map dlc, mods and truck dlcs. When you activate your own dlc and enter the game, there will be no problem. It is fully compatible with version 1.47. tested. It has been adapted without any problems in the new update, it has no problems with opening late and not loading. Credits: RedeX01

Normally it is saved in the Documents map, but I did a fresh reinstall of Windows 10 on my laptop and now my ETS2 file is saved on OneDrive, I thought: Hmm, but I could move it to the Documents file where it belongs to. Only when doing that, and I start Euro Truck, it shows the creating profile screen and that means ETS2 can't find profiles.
Right click them and go to open file location. For whatever reason, mine were in my videos folder. Now that you've found these sii files, just find the folder that they are in by navigating backwards in the file path. Then, just copy that entire profile folder back into C:\Users\user\Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2\profiles\ I hope this helped
